Step 2: Finding the perfect land
Don’t have land yet? No problem. About half of our clients start without a building site. We offer:
- On-site assessments to evaluate land suitability
- Guidance on topography
- Home placement direction to simplify construction and coordinate with county services
These on-site assessments help guide the building process, bringing your dream home closer to reality.
Step 3: Designing your dream home
Customization is at the heart of what we do. Our design team works closely with you to create a home that reflects your lifestyle:
- Modify layouts for family gatherings, pets, or future growth
- Choose from a wide range of floorplans—all customizable
- Blend modular and site-built elements for ultimate flexibility

Step 4: Preparing the site
Once your design is finalized and financing is secured, we begin prepping your land:
- Excavation, clearing, and grading
- Driveway and utility access development
- Foundation construction and waterproofing
We also assist with utility applications for water, sewer/septic, electricity, and gas.
Step 5: Modular construction and delivery
Your home is built in a climate-controlled factory by our partner, Nationwide Homes, ensuring:

Modules are engineered to withstand transport and are up to 10 lbs/sq. ft. heavier than traditional homes for added durability.
Step 6: On-site assembly and finishing
Once delivered, we:
- Secure modules with engineered fasteners
- Add any site-built elements (e.g., garages, porches)
- Complete interior finishes, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring, and trim
Licensed professionals handle every detail to ensure top-tier quality.
Step 7: Final walkthrough and move-in
Before you move in, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Then, you’ll:
- Convert your construction loan to a mortgage
- Receive a 10-year extended structural warranty
